SAPPHIRE KART STANDARD SET UP
Front Wheel Width: Use 4 wide spacers on front hub per spindle
Align Front End: ½ mm (.020”) toe out on each side
Caster: Rotate the top pill 180 degrees (notch towards the driver)
Rear Wheel Width: Rear hubs even with the end of the axle
Tire Inflation: 11 to 15 pounds, depending on track and weather
Rear Torsion Bar: Start with it removed
Drop Down Nose Mount: Install in the center hole
Rear Bumper Bracket: Flanges should point to rear tires, then install bumper
