To create a consistent communication of points and local standings, all local,
regional, and national points will be updated on joekarter.com every other
week. We are working hard to implement a system to allow for more timely
results. Thank you for participating in karting's only nationally recognized
local racing program.
World Karting Association
•Local
Standings(updated 10/22/05) Local Standings are sorted
by RPMs against drivers at their local track
National
Standings are sorted by RPMs against drivers
throughout the country
As you review points locally you
will find instances where a driver will be listed more
than once. That is because this particluar driver is
running more than one class at his or her
local track.
When you look for that same driver
regionally and nationally you will see that driver listed
only once with the highest RPM for that driver. A driver can
only hold one position regionally and nationally. Therefore
their highest RPM at their local track will be the one listed
in the regional and national standings.

Standings
are based on results supplied by the WKA master tracks
participating.

Standings
will change on a regular basis as those results are
posted.
•
In
some cases drivers may have 2 races while other drivers
may have four etc. Until the final race is run and
all the tracks
have reported their full season, standings will continue
to change.
