The purpose of the WKA Weekly Racing Series is quite simple. Karting is made up of weekly racers. All over the country kart tracks host events on a weekly basis. The Weekly Racing Series allows for all the drivers racing at those tracks to compete with one another. The common point will be all the information furnished on JoeKarter.com. Weekly racers are the heart of karting and the WKA. Our goal is to give the weekly racer the honors he deserves for keeping the sport of karting strong. Mission Statement: Providing a safe, fair and consistent environment for the beginner, hobbyist, and future stars of motor sports to fulfill their racing dreams. Values: Fairness + Honesty + Safety + Caring + Unity + Consistency + Teamwork + Integrity Guidelines of the WRS... WKA will do it's best to take care of all the karter's needs as the season progresses. With this being the first year for the Weekly Racing Series, we will keep an open mind on any questions or problems that arise. The WKA Rulebook and Technical Manual will apply. Each track has the right to have special rules approved by the WKA to use at their events. There will be a Sprint division and a Speedway division. Each division will have a Junior and Senior category. It is very important that each driver makes sure that their home track reports their results to the WKA. Make sure your results are posted on JoeKarter.com. |
